Ways to Support Your Health Journey

Medicaid Accepted

At Oasis Rehabilitation Services, we accept Medicaid as well as most Medicaid private insurance plans, including AHCA, Aetna Better Health, Beacon/Humana, Beacon/Molina, Beacon/Simply, Molina Healthcare, Sunshine/CMS-T19, Sunshine/CW Sunshine, Sunshine/Sunshine State, United, and many others. Let us help you and welcome you to our happy family of customers who have already embraced their recovery with us.

Oasis Rehabilitation Services understands the significance of insurance benefits for each patient. The array of clinical and insurance information required to qualify for and access physical, occupational, and speech therapies can be overwhelming. Our admissions team collaborates with families to verify insurance coverage, outline financial commitments, and develop plans that minimize unexpected costs throughout the therapy process. We accept most major insurance carriers, though coverage can vary by plan. Please contact us for assistance in verifying your individual coverage and to discuss any specific considerations. We look forward to meeting with you soon!

Getting the Most from Your Insurance.

Outlined below is some important information about public and private insurance.

  • Insurance Authorization Timeline

Insurance authorization typically takes one to two weeks. The cost of therapy varies based on your insurance coverage and the number of hours of treatment needed. After completing an assessment, we can provide estimates of your coverage based on the required hours of therapy.

  • Deductibles, Copays, Coinsurance, and Out-of-Pocket Limits

You may have to meet a deductible, which is the amount you pay for covered health care services before your insurance plan starts to pay. Some insurance plans have a coinsurance, which means you would be responsible for a set percentage of a bill until you reach an out-of-pocket limit, after which insurance would cover 100% of services. Some insurance plans feature a copay, which is a set payment per day for services. Plans differ, but ultimately a family would make copayments until reaching an out-of-pocket limit, after which insurance would cover 100% of services.

  • Exclusion of Benefits and Limitations

If you encounter the term “exclusion of benefits,” it indicates that the insurance plan does not cover a specific service and will not authorize or reimburse for any related treatments. If your plan doesn’t cover certain therapy services, you might consider discussing options with your employer or insurance provider to potentially add those services. Additionally, some plans may impose restrictions such as age limits, annual hour caps, or total monetary limits for covered therapies. We can assist you in understanding your insurance plan’s limitations so you can plan effectively.
